History

In 2014 the previous Filcolana Designer, Luise Bjerre, started the webshop 123knit.dk. Her vision was to offer knitters around the world with quality products and high service.

In 2022 Luise decided to part with 123knit.dk due to personal reasons, and Marianne was quick to offer her expertise to continue the success of the webshop and niche.

The dream of owning her own online yarn shop, and providing service and quality products to knitters around the world, has followed Marianne since childhood. With over 35 years of experience with knitting, you are still guarenteed the great service you have become accustomed to.

New name and identity – same great quality and service

As a part of the owner change, 123knit.dk has changed name to KnitByHeart.dk and has at the same time had a new visual identity created, aswell as a new and modern webshop platform.

The shop has changed name to underline that knitting truely means something,- that knitting is something we knitters do by heart!

Knitting does make a difference for many of us after a long day at work – it has become a part of our personalities and our lives, often on a level beyond a hobby.
