2. What information is registered?

If you place an order at KnitByHeart, your name, address, phone number and email, will be registered.

Any use of our shop will registered in the web hotels log files with an ip number. This log file is only used for general statistics.

3. How do we use you data?

If you place an order at KnitByHeart, your data will only be used for shipping the order. If you subscribe KnitByHeart newsletter, your email address will be used to send you our newsletter.

KnitByHeart do not pass on registered information to any third part.

4. Who can access your data?

Only the staff of KnitByHeart has access to your data. Personal data is saved unkrypted on our webhotel, and they will be sent unkrypted through the internet.
All credit card data is sent krypted to Paypal, and we do not have access to these data.Data that is forwarded to third parties, is only used to provide you with our services.

5. For how long is your data saved?

When you make an order and give informations about name, adress, phone number and email, we need the informations as dokumentation until the order is payed and delivered and right of return has expired.
The information will be filed and is kept as long as you are an active customer (minimum 5 years).

6. How can the customer get access to and change their informations?

You can get access to your data in KnitByHeart through your account at KnitByHeart.

If there are errors in your data or you have objections, you can direct attention to KnitByHeart.
