A unique recycled cotton.

Spun of recycled fibres from remnants of jeans fabric. The fibres are dissolved and washed step by step down to the individual fibres. These fibres are then blended again and spun into a yarn The recycling process gives the yarn a beautifully rustic and appealing structure. It is reminiscent of Bourette silk.

The fibres for Re-Jeans come from Italy and the yarn is spun and dyed for us in Portugal. Cotton with conscious.

Re-Jeans is easy and comfortable to knit with because the thread does not split, as is often the case with “simple” cotton. Of course, it is also wonderful for crocheting.

Perfect for light summer and autumn clothing such as cardigans and sweaters. But also very great for scarfs and shawls. It can be worn directly on the skin.

Composition 95% cotton and 5% other fibres

Metreage: 96 meters per 50 grams

Knitting gauge: 20 sts x 28 row = 10 x 10 cm

Needlesize.: 4,5-5 mm

Usage: Sweater in size small – 500 g (10 balls)
